Set oven to 150 C
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add condensed milk, beat well
Add sifted dry ingredients, mix well
Turn on to lightly floured surface, knead until smooth
Divide mixture in half, shape each into a roll, l ½ in. diameter
Refrigerate 30 minutes
Cut into ½ in slices
Put on to lightly greased oven trays or one lined with baking paper
Bake until golden brown. Check every 15 minutes,
